Looking for a ServiceNow Developer in the HRSD domain

Job Description

ServiceNow provides configuration and customization including, but not limited to: screen tailoring, workflow administration, report setup, data imports, LDAP integration, custom scripting and third-party software integrations.

Responsibilities for this position include:

•Develops ServiceNow software solutions using JavaScript, Jelly, Web Services, MYSQL, XML, HTML and CSS

•Configuration Management (CMDB)

•Strong math and analytical skills excellent oral and written communication skill

•Analyze system performance issues and determine performance enhancements

•Administration of Knowledge Base and Service Catalog

•Configure out-of-the-box workflows and create/maintain custom workflows

•Configure application related fields, forms, views, email notifications, acceptance roles and access controls

•Integrate ServiceNow application(s) with third party systems/applications via APIs provides input to staff involved in writing and updating technical documentation such as user manuals.

Qualifications:

•5 years of experience designing and developing solution architecture for large platforms

•Minimum of 3 years’ experience with ServiceNow as an developer (HRSD Module added advantage)

•Experience applying best practices in ServiceNow Coding and Processes.

•Detail-oriented, able to identify issues, and consistently collaborate to solve problems in a timely manner.

•Background and deep experience with ServiceNow are mandatory with accreditations covering the full range of ServiceNow products

• Internal customer management, influence of peers, team effectiveness and enhancement, timeline management, proactive problem-solving ability, ability to develop trust, shared goals and values.

• Must have excellent oral and written communication/presentation/negotiation skills.

•Engaging presentation style, with the ability to control and manage multiple presentation scenarios

•Experience with Agile methodologies and Continuous Integration Continuous Deployment (CICD) processes is a plus

•Knowledge of GxP processes is a plus.

Additional information:

• Collaborative, with negotiation skills, conceptual thinking, systems process thinking, accountability to deliverables/milestones, conflict resolution (internal and external).

•Ability to handle multiple (changing) priorities under tight timelines

•General software skills: MS Access, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project, Visio

•Technical/Software Skills: JavaScript, Jelly Scripting, AJAX, jQuery, MySQL, Cloud Technologies, XML, HTML, CSS, and web service integrations using REST, SOAP, etc.

•ServiceNow Developer certification required

•ServiceNow System Admin certification preferred

•Certified implementation specialist in ITSM, ITOM, HRSD or any other module preferred

•ITIL V3 and/or V4 certification required.
