Job Description
Essential Responsibilities: -
Service and material Coordination:
Customer communication - acceptance of e-mails and phone calls for service inquiries and spare parts processing – with national and international, internal and external customers and channel partners.
Creation and tracking of quotes for service requests.
Order entry of spare parts / service orders in SAP, and monitoring of delivery dates and tracking of spare parts production and orders.
Coordination of spare parts shipment documentation with manufacturing sites and customs authorities, controlling material classification and CIM portal, ensuring material shipment in the fastest way.
Invoicing:
Continuous close coordination with the relevant specialist departments, such as sales, production, quality assurance and / or manufacturing, planning and shipping to guarantee our customers the highest level of availability.
Support Service Manager in forecasting with feedback on current projects timeline.
Clarifying material availability and coordination of service visits at the fastest possible delivery date with the responsible departments.
