Qualifications: B.E / B.Tech -Electrical
Job Description:
1.Manage EHS objectives:Management of LOTOTO
- Monitor EHS performance
2.Reliability : Automation network
- Level II database and network. HMI and SCADA database
- Root cause analysis of forced downtimes and deviations
3.Improvements : Manage budget to improve and maintain the automation systems
- Analyze the data for the improvement of the overall equipment performance
- Modify set up, if and when required
- Communicate with operators and other team members to understand and implement improvement opportunities
- Implementation of Capex and small projects
4.Conversion and Finishing Line
- Siemens PLC , Drives & HMI for 2 separators
- Siemens PLC, Drives & HMI for laminator
- Siemens PLC, Drives for 10 Nos foil annealing furnaces
- Siemens PLC for other finishing lines
