Job Description

Job Profile of a Shadow Teacher/ Special Educator/ Special Need Teacher.
Shadow Teacher 
  • The Shadow Teacher professional has to accompany the special child to an international inclusive school, the shadow teacher will be sitting right next to the child in the classroom and will be working on his/her academic, social and behavioral concern. 
  • The shadow teacher will also make the child independent enough.
Behavior Modification 
  • The Behavior Modification therapist, is expected to take tailor
  • made home sessions for children with special needs. 
  • The therapist plans and execute's different behavior modification techniques depending upon the developmental need of the child.
Remedial Teacher
  • The Remediation teacher has to visit one of our client's place for home sessions, the Remedial teacher has to plan, make and execute interventions for the child.
Special Educator
  • The Special Educator is expected to take home sessions focusing on core academic concepts for a child with special needs. 
  • Different teaching and learning aids to be used for these sessions. 
  • Other Details :Alternate Saturdays are off.
  • Sundays are fixed off.
  • Timings - 8 to 9 hours of working per day.
  • Location -  Mumbai ( Western and Central line)
