We are seeking a skilled and experienced Share Market Manager to oversee and manage our investments in the stock market. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of market trends, investment strategies, and risk management. This role requires a combination of analytical skills, financial expertise, and the ability to make informed decisions that align with the company’s financial goals.
Key Responsibilities:-
Market Analysis and Research:
- Conduct thorough research on the stock market, including trends, forecasts, and potential risks.
- Analyze market data and reports to identify new investment opportunities.
- Track and report on the performance of current portfolio assets.

Investment Strategy:
- Develop and implement effective trading strategies based on market analysis.
- Manage investment portfolios by selecting appropriate stocks, bonds, and other assets to maximize returns.
- Work closely with senior management to align market strategies with business goals.

Risk Management:
- Evaluate and mitigate risks associated with market investments.
- Monitor the volatility of the stock market and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines in stock trading.

Performance Monitoring:
- Monitor the daily performance of investments and provide regular reports on returns, gains, and losses.
- Use various tools to track investments and portfolio performance.
- Provide insights and recommendations for improving portfolio performance.

Reporting & Communication:
- Prepare and present regular reports on market activities and investment outcomes to senior management.
- Communicate findings, market trends, and investment opportunities clearly to stakeholders.

Collaboration & Team Management:
- Collaborate with financial analysts, traders, and other team members to optimize investment strategies.
- Mentor and guide junior analysts in market research and trading strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Certification in Financial Analysis (CFA) or related certifications is a plus.
- Proven experience in share market analysis, trading, and portfolio management.
- Strong understanding of stock market trends, trading platforms, and investment strategies.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., Bloomberg, Reuters, trading platforms).
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to make quick, informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience working with large portfolios or institutional investments.
- Knowledge of global stock markets and international investment opportunities.
