We have a requirement for Shift manager who will be having following roles and responsibilities:
1. Shift Handling
a. Taking care of opening, mid, and closing shifts.
b. Managing opening and closing of the café.
2. Team Handling
a. Handling a team of 5-6 members.
b. Training the team members.
3. Café Management
a. Handling the inventory of the café.
b. Cash handling.
c. Maintaining the checklist of the café as per companyʼs guidelines.
d. Customer interaction and order taking.
