Job Description
This is a full-time on-site Shift Manager role located in Mumbai (Santacruz west, lower Parel, vile parle) at La Pino'z Pizza. The Shift Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining quality standards. Responsibilities will also include inventory management, scheduling, and handling customer inquiries and concerns.
Qualifications
- Leadership, Team Management, and Communication skills
- Experience in the food service industry or hospitality
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Customer service and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Flexibility in working hours and shifts
- Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field is a bonus
