Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership: Manage daily shift operations, including opening/closing duties, inventory monitoring, and ensuring production/sales targets are met.
Team Supervision: Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide guidance or coaching to team members.
Compliance & Safety:
Enforce health, safety, and company policies, while maintaining a clean, sanitary work environment

Customer Service: Address customer complaints, resolve issues quickly, and ensure high-quality service standards are maintained.
Administrative Tasks: Handle cash management (counting, deposits), prepare shift reports, and manage staff time-off requests or scheduling conflicts.
Training: Onboard and train new employees on procedures.
