3. Qualifications: PhD in any Science subject with minimum 5 years post-PhD work experience.

4. Skills & Competencies:

a) Project management skills

b) Budgeting and accounting experience including Tally and ERP

c) Knowledge of auditing policies

d) Knowledge of donor agencies

e) Excellent communication and writing skills.

f) Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Professional individual who is well-presented at all times.

g) Strong interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to work and communicate across a variety of demographics

h) Ability to exercise good judgment and work with minimal supervision

i) Ability to engage, build professional relationships, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

j) Strong organizational and time management skills

k) Ability to exercise professional Discretion, intelligence, and confidentiality

l) Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks and execute them timely

5. The overall desirable experience between 10 - 15 years’. Experience of working in the academic sector at a University level is preferred.
