Greeting customers: Offer a friendly welcome as customers enter the store.
Assisting with purchases: Answer product questions, make recommendations, and help customers find items that meet their needs.
Handling inquiries and complaints: Address customer concerns and process returns or exchanges professionally.

Sales and transactions

Operating point-of-sale (POS) systems: Process customer payments accurately using cash registers and card machines.
Informing customers about promotions: Highlight ongoing sales, discounts, and loyalty programs to encourage purchases.

Restocking shelves: Replenish stock on the sales floor throughout the day to ensure products are available and displays are full.
Receiving and organizing shipments: Unpack and process new inventory deliveries.
Maintaining store appearance: Keep the shop clean, tidy, and organized according to visual merchandising standards.
Managing stock: Help with inventory counts, cycle counts, and audits
