A Shop Keeper is responsible for managing daily operations, handling inventory, and ensuring excellent customer service at a dairy shop. The role requires selling dairy products, maintaining product quality, and increasing sales while keeping the shop organized and profitable.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Shop Management & Operations:

Open and close the dairy shop on time.
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper arrangement of products.
Maintain proper storage conditions for dairy items (milk, curd, cheese, butter, etc.).

2. Sales & Customer Service:

Assist customers in selecting and purchasing fresh dairy products.
Suggest products to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.

3. Inventory & Stock Management:

Monitor daily stock levels and restock products as needed.
Ensure products are fresh and not expired.
Coordinate with suppliers for timely deliveries.

4. Cash Handling & Billing:

Operate the billing system and manage daily sales records.
Accept cash, digital payments (UPI, cards), and provide receipts.
Maintain daily accounts and report sales performance.

5. Promotions & Business Growth:

Promote special offers, discounts, and new products.
