Job Description

Looking for an enthusiastic and experienced candidate to post of Shop Manager at premium ice cream and pastry shop in Kochi

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations of the shop

Train employees on food preparation and proper use of equipment

Coordinate with main outlet and order supplies, as needed

Maintain updated records of daily, weekly and monthly revenues and expenses

Advise staff on the best ways to resolve issues with clients and deliver excellent customer service

Ensure all shop areas are clean and tidy

Nurture friendly relationships with customers to increase loyalty and boost our reputation

Send day end report to the higher management everyday

Take orders and advise customer about best seller

Requirements and skills

Work experience as a Manager or as senior service executive at hotel or restaurant

 experience with professional coffee machines is a plus

Basic technical knowledge for billing and accounting skill

Availability to work within opening hours (including weekends and holidays)

Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team

Customer service attitude

Diploma certification or degree in Hotel / hospitality management is a plus

Willing to night time

More preference for candidates from Kochi

Food and Accommodation will be provided
