Job Description

 
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Managing product listings and ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is displayed on our website
2. Processing customer orders, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment, and addressing any order-related inquiries or issues
3. Coordinating with our shipping partners to ensure seamless order delivery and tracking
4. Managing inventory levels and monitoring stock availability to prevent stockouts
5. Overseeing payment processing, including managing transactions, refunds, and chargebacks
6. Collaborating with our marketing team to execute promotional campaigns, discounts, and special offers
7. Monitoring website analytics and generating reports to assess sales performance and identify areas for improvement
8. Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce and Shopify platform management

Skills and Qualifications:

1. Proficiency in Shopify platform administration and management
2. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure accurate order processing and inventory management
3. Basic knowledge of payment processing systems and familiarity with online payment gateways
4. Familiarity with shipping logistics and experience in coordinating shipments
5. Passion for e-commerce, with a keen interest in staying updated on industry trends and advancements
