Job Description
Position: Showroom Sales Executive
Location: Ahmedabad
Qualification: SSC/HSC/Graduate
Role Overview:
This job is Inside Sales in which you have the responsibility of welcoming customers, understanding their requirements, showcasing products, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, maintaining product displays, and building long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and identify their needs.
- Present, promote, and sell products to customers in the showroom.
- Explain product features, specifications, and benefits clearly.
- Assist customers in making purchase decisions and provide after-sales support.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets set by the management.
- Ensure proper visual merchandising and cleanliness of the showroom.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide effective resolutions.
- Process sales bills, invoices, and coordinate with the accounts/cashier team.
- Maintain customer database and follow up for repeat sales and referrals.
- Stay updated with product knowledge, competitor offerings, and market trends.
Skills & Competencies Required:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Pleasant personality, confident, and customer-oriented approach.
- Good negotiation and convincing skills.
