Site Accountant

Job Summary:

Commerce Graduate with 3-4 years of Experience.
Responsible for: Mainten Books of accounts at site level – finalize and disburse payments (Site expenses/local purchase, contractors’/suppliers’ bills, labour payments), Reconciliation of accounts book, compile data and prepare DPR, Cash & Other accounting reports, look after administrative requirements of sites, Provide attendance of site based employees to HO, Disburse the cash salary, prepare the vouchers along verified proofs,
To enter service entry sheet, Control/check & parking in SAP system,
To provide bill and other documents for accounting to HO on timely basis, To comply with all ISO 9001:2008 standards and striving for continual improvement etc.
