Job Description
The main scope of work is listed below but is not limited to the following;
1. To lead a team of Carpenters and monitor them closely.
2. Ensure that each team has the tools it needs to meet project milestones.
3. Create project schedules that include materials estimates and manpower needs to be submitted to management.
4. Assist in documenting project phases and creating summary reports for company management.
5. Work with field personnel to handle project issues as they arise.
6. Monitoring the daily progress of projects.
7. Managing project management documents such as the project plan
schedule, or scope statement.
8. Determining project changes.
9. Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
10. Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.
