Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Site Coordinator to oversee day-to-day activities at our project or job site. The Site Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring that site operations are well-coordinated, safe, and efficient. This position involves supporting field teams, managing resources, tracking progress, maintaining documentation, and serving as a communication link between on-site personnel and off-site management.
The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, often fast-paced environment. A strong understanding of site logistics, team coordination, and safety procedures is essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
1. Site Operations and Coordination

Serve as the on-site point of contact for daily operations and logistics.

Monitor and support the implementation of project plans and schedules.

Coordinate labor, equipment, and material deliveries to ensure smooth operations.

Ensure all staff, subcontractors, and vendors are working according to timelines and specifications.
2. Administrative and Reporting Duties

Maintain accurate and up-to-date site records, including attendance, deliveries, daily activity logs, and incident reports.

Prepare and submit daily, weekly, or monthly site reports to management.

Assist with timesheets, permits, and other documentation required by the project or regulatory bodies.

Organize and maintain filing systems for site paperwork and digital records.
3. Communication and Team Support

Act as the liaison between field personnel, office staff, clients, and vendors.

Facilitate regular team meetings or briefings to discuss safety, goals, and updates.

Communicate changes to schedules, plans, or safety protocols promptly and clearly.

Help resolve conflicts or challenges between workers, suppliers, or management on-site.
4. Safety and Compliance

Enforce adherence to safety policies and site-specific rules and regulations.

Conduct safety checks and coordinate with the Health & Safety Officer when necessary.

Ensure that all workers have appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and training.

Report safety hazards or incidents to management immediately and assist in investigations.
5. Resource and Inventory Management

Track inventory levels of tools, materials, and supplies.

Request or reorder materials as needed to prevent work stoppages.

Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to manage deliveries and storage.

Ensure proper maintenance and use of site equipment.
