Site Engineer (Civil / Interior)

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Site Engineer - Civil / Interior to oversee construction and interior fit-out projects, ensuring quality execution, adherence to safety standards, and timely project completion. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge in civil engineering, interior design execution, project coordination, and site management.

Candidate should have Civil / Interior Knowledge.
Ability to Interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
Strong leadership and communication abilities.
Willingness to work in a Site-based environment.
Coordinate with Project Managers, Contractors and Sub Contractors.
Conduct Site Inspections, surveys and prepare progress reports.
Ensure proper documentation and reporting of all site related activities.
Monitor Material usage and stock Control.
Knowledge about QC and Implementation
Conducting quality checks and inspections.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Proven experience as a Site Engineer.
Candidate should have 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities

1. Site Supervision & Project Execution

Oversee civil construction and interior fit-out work on-site, ensuring quality and adherence to design specifications.
Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and clients for smooth project execution.
Monitor work progress and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

2. Quality Control & Safety Compliance

Ensure compliance with construction standards, safety regulations, and building codes.
Conduct site inspections to identify defects and ensure quality workmanship.
Enforce health and safety protocols to prevent accidents on-site.

3. Material Procurement & Resource Management

Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to procure materials as per project requirements.
Maintain inventory of materials and ensure optimum utilization of resources.
Verify material quality and specifications before installation.

4. Drawings & Technical Documentation

Review architectural, structural, and interior design drawings and ensure proper implementation.
Maintain site records, progress reports, and project documentation.
Assist in preparing BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and cost estimates.

5. Coordination & Communication

Liaise with project managers, designers, and site workers to ensure smooth workflow.
Address on-site challenges and resolve technical issues promptly.
Communicate project updates and site progress to stakeholders.
