Job Description
• Minimum 5-10 years in multi-storey RCC residential building construction
• Supervise RCC & finishing works
• Coordinate with contractors, architects & consultants
• Ensure quality control & IS code compliance
• Prepare daily progress reports & maintain site records
• Manage material usage & ensure safety compliance
• Project In charge

Key Skills and Competencies:

Technical Knowledge:

Strong understanding of civil engineering principles including structural design, soil mechanics, and construction materials.

Skilled in reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.

Proficient in construction methods such as concrete works, excavation, piling, and finishing.

Familiar with surveying tools and techniques for site measurements and layout.
