Job Description
We are looking for an Electrical Site Engineer to manage electrical installation, maintenance, and site supervision for ongoing projects.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise electrical work at project sites.
-
Ensure safety and quality standards are met.
-
Coordinate with contractors and project managers.
-
Troubleshoot on-site electrical issues.
Requirements:
-
Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering.
-
Site experience preferred.
-
Knowledge of electrical systems, layouts, and safety codes.
Technical Skills:
-
Strong understanding of single-line diagrams (SLDs), electrical layouts, and panel wiring
-
Familiarity with MCB, MCCB, ELCB, VFDs, switchgear, and power distribution systems
-
Working knowledge of cable sizing, voltage drop calculation, and load estimation
-
Ability to interpret electrical drawings, BOQs, and IS codes
-
Basic troubleshooting and fault-finding skills
Soft Skills:
-
Good verbal and written communication
-
Problem-solving and decision-making capability under pressure
-
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
-
Ability to lead a team of technicians and laborers
-
Adaptability to work in dynamic and challenging site environments
