Job Description
Working as SITE ENGINEER in CGD project, Gas Plant and Installation
Experience includes Operation & Maintenance of GAIL Gas skid network and expertise in Field Instrumentation equipment. Responsibilities involve:
Operation & Maintenance of GAIL Gas skid network.
Handling Field Instrumentation equipment viz Pressure transmitters, Temperature transmitters, Level transmitters, Flow transmitters, Flow meters, Sensors, Gas detectors, Flame detectors, Control valves, Pneumatic/Electro Actuators, Control cabling, and all safety and process interlocks.
Knowledge of safety systems & awareness of safe working condition in plant with regulations.
Regulating high pressure piped gas to low pressure through regulating skids to supply gas.
Coordination with Client and Contractors for work Progress and follow up with Contractors.
Monitoring actual resources mobilization and planning intervention to increase resources as per schedule.
Locating steel pipeline with pipeline locator and managing steel pipeline coating.
Smart Gas Metering (SGM) software usage for billing domestic customers.
Assisting Project Management team with technical data for initiation, planning, execution, and tracking.
Preparing Daily reports (DPR), Weekly progress report (WPR), Fortnight Progress, and Monthly Progress Report (MPR).
