· Visiting different Properties in a day
· Taking Measurements and Photographs of Property
· Submitting Report to Back Office Team
· Coordinating with Technical Officers for queries in cases

Quality Check / Inspection of Civil work done in completed Flats / house / Shops for Doors, Windows, Flooring, Plumbing, Finishing etc.

Report drafting

Associate with Valuer, Client Handling & payment follow-ups

Regular Communication with various Banks and Financial Institutions

Real estate - Market research, Analysis and Maintain database

Gather and analyze data on local real estate market trends, comparable properties, and other factors affecting property value.

Demonstrate excellent team skills, a positive attitude, and high ethical standards.
