Monitoring site Activities,
Checking plans, drawings & quantities for accuracy of execution.
Managing installation team & their on site work.
Day-to-day execution of site construction works after interpreting EXECUTION WORKING DRAWINGS issued by Architects to the site, in disciplines of Interior construction such as wooden flooring, vinyl flooring and carpet.
Coordination with site authorities from client side and with contractors to ensure smooth & timely execution.
Quality of works as well as Quantity measurements and bills checking and verification for the contractors and client.
Reconciling measured quantities as per purchase order.
Candidate should have Excellent communication and explaining skills to all kinds of workers whether skilled or non-skilled.
Candidates who have work experience of working in the past with the interior works.
Candidate should have 2 wheeler.
