- B.Tech./ Diploma in Civil with (CGPI > 7.0 only)
- Interest in Real Estate and understanding of technical aspects of Buildings (Building Bye-Laws, deviations, Master plans, Land use plans, Development Policies).
- Strong background in Building Plan analysis & real estate financial analysis related to residential, commercial & retail real estate is ideal.
- Knowledge and ability to interpret and apply Skills to finalize valuations.
- Experience- 0.6-3 years
- Proposed CTC- Up to 3.0 Lakh / Annum (+2 Year Bond)
- Functional Area- Real Estate Valuation Report Preparation
- Job Description
- Value Real Estate Assets with in-depth feedback from the real estate brokers available in the vicinity of the property being valued.
- Analyze the properties in terms of transaction value, technical building deviations (FAR Area, Extensions, Multiple units etc.) and other legal issues.
- Coordination with Data Operators.
- Answer queries of Clients (Technical Managers) on the valuations done for them in terms of values and technical issues in the properties.
- Desired Profile- The candidate should have an interest in Real Estate assets and valuation of properties.
- Timings- 10.00 AM – 7.00 PM (with full flexibility which is vital in the role)
