Job Description
Minimum 3-5 years experiance in Facacde Field (Unitized, Stick CW, Doors, window etc.) for the Projects of M3M-Gurgaon, Haryana.
• Manage projects to meet time, cost and quality requirements;
• Support of Technical Manager in Liaison with The Client in negotiating Design & Drawings
• Monitoring and reporting on project status (programme, resource and Client satisfaction) using prescribed tools and procedures
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and to prescribed quality
• Maintain regular contacts with clients and authorities
• To be the main interface between The Client and company
• Lead teams to prepare project proposals for submissions and to implement projects in respect of planning, design and construction services
