After reporting at site take relieving from the earlier supervisor about the orders scenario pending, WIP, FG. Meet the client supervisor and discuss with him about the order status and if any additional orders with priority are there.
Once the orders are received check whether the customers are in approved list, then check the members required for the pallet and the available stocks, also check if there are any incoming members from return logistics.
Then according to the availability issue orders for metal / wooden pallets.
For metal pallets list inform the casuals and get the pallets ready in time. Check the same before issuing to the client from quality perspective and maintain record of issuance.
Check with client supervisor if there are any metal pallet related complaints and resolve the same.
Prepare the dispatch challan of the vehicle that are getting dispatched with metal pallets.
Inform and get approval if the material is getting diverted to new customer.
Prepare the MIS report and inform the next supervisor for relieving.
