Job Description
Developed instrumentation bills of materials (BOMs) based on Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams
Using the ASME standard, ISO 9001 standards, DIN standards, MIL-STD and NAS class in completing projects according to customer requirements
Worked on proportional directional control valves, flow control valves, accumulators, direct-acting and pilot-operated pressure relief valves, and servo valves, etc.
Selection and use of hydraulic pumps, cylinders, motors, filters, gauges, Heat exchangers, insulated tanks, skid manufacturing and flow meters.
Deciding on the HMI home screen and control philosophy for project execution and control.
Coordinated with the internal sales team, customers, engineering consultants, and vendors to ensure seamless communication and project execution.
Good understanding of flow calculations and pressure drop across the path.
Supervise and execute project installation and commissioning, ensuring that all components are properly connected and calibrated in accordance with quality assurance standards.
Selection of pipes and fittings of suitable schedule, according to pressure rating, for interconnecting hydraulic component.
