Key Responsibilities
1. Project Execution & Supervision
- Oversee construction activities and ensure they follow design plans and safety guidelines.
- Monitor daily site operations and address any technical issues.
- Coordinate with contractors, laborers, and project managers to ensure smooth workflow.
2. Quality Control & Compliance
- Ensure materials and workmanship meet quality standards.
- Conduct inspections and testing of construction materials.
- Enforce safety regulations and environmental standards at the site.
3. Planning & Reporting
- Prepare daily progress reports and update project status.
- Assist in planning work schedules, resources, and deadlines.
- Report any delays, risks, or issues to management and suggest solutions.
4. Coordination & Communication
- Act as a link between architects, engineers, and project teams.
- Ensure timely material supply and resource allocation.
- Attend site meetings and provide technical guidance.
