Job Description
- Supervision and Management: Overseeing daily construction activities, managing subcontractors, and ensuring work is performed according to project specifications and building codes.
- Technical Guidance: Providing technical advice, resolving technical issues, and ensuring adherence to engineering standards.
- Quality Control: Conducting site inspections, monitoring work progress, and ensuring the use of quality materials that meet industry standards.
- Safety Compliance: Implementing and enforcing safety regulations and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Project Coordination: Collaborating with architects, engineers, contractors, and other team members to ensure smooth project execution.
- Documentation and Reporting: Preparing site reports, progress updates, and other necessary documentation to track project status.
- Budget and Schedule Management: Monitoring project costs, ensuring adherence to the project schedule, and identifying and addressing any delays or issues.
- Material Management: Overseeing the selection, procurement, and delivery of construction materials, ensuring they meet project requirements.
Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles and construction practices.
