Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in installation and commissioning of silage compactor machines at customer locations.

  • Support machine setup, alignment, testing, and basic troubleshooting during startup.

  • Provide operator training on machine operation, safety, routine checks, and basic maintenance.

  • Coordinate with internal engineering and service teams for technical support.

  • Prepare installation reports, service notes, and customer sign-off documents.

  • Travel to project sites as required.

    • Eligibility / Qualifications

    • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering preferred.

    • 0–3 years of experience (freshers can apply).

    • Basic understanding of mechanical assemblies, electrical connections, and industrial equipment.

    • Willingness to travel and work at customer sites.

    • Good communication and training/presentation skills are an advantage.

    Preferred Skills

    • Ability to read mechanical drawings and wiring diagrams.

    • Basic knowledge of hydraulics, motors, sensors, or PLC-based systems is a plus.

    • Hands-on attitude and customer-facing professionalism.

    Location & Travel

    Field-based role with frequent travel to installation sites across India and Abroad.
