Key Responsibilities:

Market Research & Analysis:

Stay updated on local property trends, conduct comparative market analysis, and study zoning regulations, recent sales, and other influencing factors.

Site Inspections:

Perform thorough inspections of properties, both externally and internally. Document condition, special features, and any issues impacting valuation.

Property Valuation:

Conduct valuations for residential, commercial, industrial, and agricultural properties for purposes such as loan applications, mortgages, asset management, and more.

Report Preparation:

Draft comprehensive and well-structured valuation reports, detailing methodology, findings, and market rationale.

Data Management:

Gather, organize, and analyze property-related data including title documents, sanctioned plans and encumbrance records.

Qualifications & Skills:

Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Structural Engg..
0 to 1 year experience in construction, Survey, Valuation, etc.
Proficient in MS Office, report writing.
