Position Overview:
A Site Engineer is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations on a construction site, ensuring that the project is executed in accordance with the approved design, schedule, quality standards, and safety regulations. The role acts as a critical link between the design and planning team, contractors, and on-site labor, ensuring effective implementation of plans and coordination among various stakeholders.
This position requires a strong technical background in civil or construction engineering, hands-on site management skills, and the ability to resolve on-site issues quickly and effectively.
JOB DESCRIPTION: -
Supervise on-site construction work and ensure it is completed as per approved drawings.
Monitor site progress and report daily activities and updates.
Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors for smooth workflow.
Ensure safety compliance, quality control, and timely execution.
Interpret structural and architectural drawings on-site.
Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and material requirement plans.
REQUIRED SKILL/ QUALIFICATION: -
1. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (B.E. / B. Tech), Interior Designer, Architect
2. 1–5 years of experience in construction or infrastructure projects (for junior roles)
3. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MS Project, and MS Office
4. Knowledge of site execution, quality control, and quantity surveying
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills6. Good communication and teamwork abilities
