Responsibilities:

Schedule Management: Keep track of project timelines and milestones, making sure work progresses according to the project schedule.

Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, contractors, and government authorities. Report progress, issues, and updates as necessary.

Material Procurement: Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of construction materials and equipment to the site.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that the project complies with all relevant building codes, permits, and legal requirements.

Testing and Inspections: Arrange for necessary tests and inspections of materials, structural elements, and systems to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.

Environmental Responsibility: Implement environmentally responsible practices and manage waste disposal in accordance with environmental regulations.

Final Handover: Oversee the final inspection, snagging, and commissioning process to prepare the project for handover to the client.
