Job Description
Collaborate with Project Coordinators & Architects during the planning phase to understand project objectives, timeline and budgetary requirements
Develop a construction plan, resource allocation, and material procurement
Communicating with Project Coordinators and updating the daily progress through Gantt chart
Maintain an organised and efficient construction site, ensuring that all necessary equipment, materials are available when needed
Implement and enforce strict safety protocols and regulations to minimize hazards and maintain a safe working environment for all workers on site
Ensuring that all projects deadline are met by communicating any issues to management and working with staff to resolve them
Ensure the wage payment of workers is on time and maintain a delivery challan note for materials
Monitor and inspection construction work to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards, if any deficiencies or issues escalate to Project Coordinators
Assess project progress, identify potential delays or bottlenecks and take proactive measures to keep the project on schedule
Identify and resolve construction related problems, such as design conflicts, material shortages, and unforeseen obstacles, by collaborating with Project Coordinators and implementing the solutions
Managing and motivating a team of workers to complete a project on time and within budget
Monitor Project expenses, track budget utilisation and identify cost saving opportunities without compromising quality and safety
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, provide guidance and support to construction team workers and resolve any conflicts or performance issues.
