Site Engineer
Job Description
The Site Engineer is responsible for overseeing and managing construction activities on-site, ensuring that work is carried out according to plans, specifications, quality standards, and within the scheduled timeline. This role bridges the gap between the technical design team and the on-site execution team.
Key Responsibilities:-
Supervise daily site operations and coordinate with subcontractors and workers.

Review drawings, plans, and quantities to ensure accuracy.

Ensure all construction activities comply with safety, quality, and environmental regulations.

Monitor progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

Liaise with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders.

Resolve technical issues and provide quick solutions to site challenges.

Assist in procurement of materials and ensure timely delivery to the site.

Conduct site inspections and quality checks regularly.

Maintain site documentation, including work permits, inspection records, and checklists.

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.

Proven experience as a Site Engineer in the construction or real estate industry.

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.

Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other relevant software.

Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Full-time, on-site role
