Hiring – Site Engineer | Siddhika Coatings Limited

We are looking for a detail-oriented Site Engineer to join our Hyderabad team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in executing and supervising all site related works.

Mode of Interview: F2F interview
Experience: 6 Months-2 year
Job Location: Hyderabad, Telangana.

Job Responsibilities:

·         Understand project scope and execute work as per approved guidelines

·         Ensure availability of tools, materials, power supply, scaffolding, and other site requirements.

·         Maintain proper storage and inventory of materials at the designated site store.

·         Forecast material and consumable requirements and coordinate with the office team.

·         Communicate with contractors, vendors, and team members to address site challenges.

·         Maintain site logs, attendance records, and material usage details.

·         Perform basic quality checks & site activities.

·         Ensure finishing works comply with approved drawings and specifications.

·         Monitor daily site progress and submit timely updates to reporting managers.

·         Take site measurements and to help the vendor bills for accuracy.

·         Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

·         Ability to manage site teams and meet project deadlines.

Qualifications And Preferred Skills

·         Any degree or related field.

·         Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

·         Knowledge of site work Execution & coordination.

·         Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
