Job Description
1. Supervision of Civil, Waterproofing & Rehabilitation Works
- Manage daily site execution for civil repairs, structural rehabilitation (such as jacketing, micro-concreting, crack injection, carbonation treatment), and waterproofing.
- Oversee application of waterproofing systems (membrane, coating, grouting, PU injection, cementitious systems).
- Ensure proper surface preparation, mixing ratios, application methods, and curing activities.
- Verify that works follow drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
2. Quality Control & Testing
- Conduct regular inspections for workmanship quality in repair and waterproofing areas.
- Ensure correct usage of materials like repair mortars, bonding agents, grouts, chemicals, etc.
- Monitor testing procedures such as hammer tests, rebound hammer, water ponding test, adhesion test, etc.
- Identify defects and take corrective actions promptly.
3. Site Coordination & Team Management
- Allocate tasks and monitor performance of laborers, masons, waterproofing applicators, and subcontractors.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, vendors, and consultants for smooth workflow.
- Attend site meetings and support client/consultant inspections.
4. Safety & Compliance
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and PPE usage on site.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
- Identify site hazards and take preventive measures.
5. Material & Resource Management
- Plan and maintain daily material requirement and ensure timely availability.
- Track material usage, wastage, and stock levels.
- Coordinate procurement with the office team/vendor.
6. Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare daily progress reports, site diaries, and work measurement sheets.
- Document pre- and post-work conditions with photos/video.
- Report project progress, issues, and delays.
Qualification :
· Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering
