Conduct inspections, identify issues, and implement corrective actions.
Enforce safety protocols to prevent on-site accidents.

4. Project Documentation & Reporting

Maintain site reports, daily progress logs, and material records.
Prepare project status reports and submit them to management.
Ensure proper documentation of permits, blueprints, and contracts.

5. Problem-Solving & Decision-Making

Identify technical issues and provide on-the-spot solutions.
Suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
