Key Responsibilities:
1. Site Supervision
-
Monitor and supervise day-to-day construction or installation work at the site.

Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, quality standards, and safety norms.

Coordinate manpower, equipment, and materials for uninterrupted progress on site.
2. Technical Execution
-
Interpret technical drawings, site layouts, and design specifications.

Check alignment, levels, formwork, concreting, rebar installation, plumbing, electrical, or MEP works (as applicable).

Verify contractor and subcontractor work for accuracy and compliance.
3. Planning & Coordination
-
Work with the project manager and consultants for scheduling and execution planning.

Liaise with architects, consultants, vendors, and suppliers for technical clarifications.
-
Track progress against project timelines and escalate delays or issues proactively.
4. Quality Assurance & Safety
-
Conduct material inspections, cube tests, steel testing, and maintain QA/QC documentation.
-
Ensure safety practices are followed on site including PPE usage and safe work procedures.

Keep site clean, organized, and in compliance with local construction norms.
5. Reporting & Documentation
-
Maintain daily progress reports (DPR), material records, and labor deployment logs.
-
Report work progress, hindrances, and material requirements to the project manager.

Support in preparing measurement books (MBs), bill checking, and contractor billing.
6. Site Handover & Closure
-
Participate in final snag list inspections and rectifications before handover.
-
Assist in commissioning activities and documentation during project closure.
