Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors
Interact daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field
Liaise with any subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project
Communicate with clients and their representatives (engineers and Managers ), attending regular meetings to keep them informed of progress.
Carry out day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of any subcontractors - this is site-specific and may not be the case on all projects
Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to aid and technical support.
Oversee quality control and health and safety matters on site
Prepare Installation progress reports as required.
Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
Execute whole project in a cost and time effective manner.
Ensure that all materials used and work performed are in accordance with the specifications
Commissioning of Equipment’s & Plant as per technical specifications
