Job Description

Responsibilities will include:
1. Managing building construction projects.
2. Undertaking surveys & setting out sites.
3. Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly.
4. Supervising contracted staff.
5. Ensuring project packages meet agreed specifications, budgets and/or timescales.
6. Liaising with clients, subcontractors and other professional staff, especially quantity surveyors and the overall project manager.
7. Providing technical advice and solving problems on site.
8. Preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork.
9. Ensuring that health and safety and sustainability policies and legislation.
