Job Description
Site Full In charge - Corporates & Plant Incharge
Business Development - New Territories & Assigned Clients,
Managing Existing Clients - Service, Complaints, Sales & Support & Man powers for works,
Payment Collections for Outstanding Accounts & RA Submission,
Reports to be submitted in office (Daily, Weekly & Monthly)
Regular visits to Clients Area & Work Area report to client & the Company
Regular follows up Client in Offline & Online Works
Client Management of Assigned Territory
Target Achievement (Monthly, Quarterly & Annual)
Accounts & Revenue Generation for the Company
Strong Follow Up
Travelling to other cities,
Site Inspections and Supervision,
Team Briefings and Task Allocation,
Quality Checks and Safety Monitoring,
Problem-Solving and Issue Resolution,
Progress Monitoring and Reporting,
Documentation and Record-Keeping,
Coordination with Suppliers and Clients,
Compliance Checks of Clients & Resolution,
Coordinating with Teams & Create of our Teams for assigned works or Jobs,
Supervise day-to-day client work on-site.
Ensure that all work is carried out as per the approved drawings, safety regulations, and quality standards.
Coordinate with architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely material delivery and task execution.
Monitor project progress and prepare regular site reports.
Identify and resolve technical issues on-site quickly.
Conduct quality checks and inspections to maintain client standards.
Ensure proper safety measures are followed by all site personnel.
Support project planning, scheduling, and budgeting tasks.
Liaise with local authorities when necessary to meet compliance requirements.
Over all Projects supporting with Client & Company focus on work completion.
