Job Description

Urgent Requirement – Site Incharge/Project Manager- Legacy Waste

Preferred – Only Legacy Waste Management/Biomining experience

Need Experience – 4 – 6 years

Location - Srinagar (Jammu & Kashmir)

Responsibilities:

1.Responsible for Bio Mining operations.

2.Project planning, execution and management coordination with the team and various department.

3.Preparing monthly progress report, production data and disposal data for the same.

4.Planning monitoring and analysis of breakdown preventive and predictive maintenance.

5.Monitoring and Reporting, data, production, disposal, fuel monitoring on daily basis.

6.Coordinate and update R.M coordinator, Govt. department requirement.

7.Preparing Logbook – production, disposal, vehicle fuel monitory consumption by product disposal (C&D, Inhert, RDF)

8. Team handling

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong understanding of legacy waste processing, SWM Rules, and bio-mining technologies
Good project execution, leadership, and crisis-management skills
Familiarity with earthmoving equipment (e.g., excavators, trommels, conveyors, loaders)
Knowledge of environmental monitoring, dust suppression, odor control, etc.
Ability to handle on-ground challenges, labor issues, and local coordination
Good written and spoken communication in English, Hindi, and regional language
