Job Description
- The Site Supervisor would be responsible for the smooth Execution of project.
- You would also be involved in Back-office work to Prepare MR, Measurements, and responsible for Material stock management
- Plan and schedule projects.
- Estimate the time and materials needed to complete projects.
- Maintain records and documentation relating to the ongoing completion of projects.
- Prepare MR (Material Requisition) With calculation of drawing and with reference of boq.
- Supervise electricians as they work, providing guidance and instruction as needed.
- Ensure that work complies with all safety requirements.
- Prepare DPR and Update site in charge about work progress.
- Review electrical engineering drawings and refer issues requiring changes.
- Assign job tasks and work as per electrical project schedules.
- Review all electrical drawings with Leadmen performing on assigned jobs to them.
- Stimulate fabrication standards to ensure quality work attained from assigned staff.
- Recruit, guide, train, monitor and terminate assigned employees as required.
- Cable Tagging, DB Chart, and Final as built drawing to be prepare.
- Stock of material to be reconciled to Sach Main Godown with proper Paper work after completion of project.
- Ensures that all the works done are in accordance with the approved construction drawings, contract documents, project specifications, and all applicable standards whether local, national or international standards.
- During the process and at the end, the engineer must inspect and ensure that all rules, regulations and guidelines of company/Govt. to be followed strictly.
