Job Description

Site supervisor and generate progress report to project team. Check contractor measurements according to site condition. This is a contract position for a period of three months. Will be extended depending on position. 9.00am  to 6.00pm job.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Site Supervisor to oversee on-site activities, monitor work progress, and ensure contractor measurements align with site conditions. If you have experience in site supervision, construction management, or civil engineering, this role is ideal for you!

As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth site operations, reporting progress to the project team, and verifying contractor measurements.

Key Responsibilities

Site Supervision & Monitoring

  • Oversee daily construction activities and ensure adherence to project plans.
  • Supervise contractors, workers, and subcontractors to maintain work quality.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and project timelines.

Progress Reporting & Coordination

  • Generate progress reports and update the project team on work status.
  • Identify delays or issues and suggest solutions to keep the project on track.
  • Maintain documentation related to work progress, site activities, and materials used.

Measurement & Verification

  • Verify contractor measurements according to on-site conditions.
  • Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
  • Report any discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions.

Quality & Safety Compliance

  • Ensure the quality of work meets industry standards and project requirements.
  • Enforce safety protocols and ensure a hazard-free work environment.
  • Coordinate with engineers, architects, and project managers for smooth execution.
