Qualification: Diploma / B.E Civil
Experience: 0–2 Years (Freshers welcome)

Job Description:
- Review and verify technical drawings and designs to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
- Supervise contracted workers and provide guidance for day-to-day site activities.
- Monitor and ensure that project deliverables meet agreed specifications, quality standards and timelines.
- Manage and handle construction materials efficiently to minimize wastage.
- Coordinate effectively with subcontractors, site supervisors and the general workforce to ensure smooth workflow.
- Review site progress regularly and approve labor payments based on verified work status.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualification:
- Diploma or B.E. in Civil Engineering (Freshers with strong technical knowledge are welcome)
- 0–2 years of experience in site supervision, project coordination, or construction management
- Good understanding of construction processes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
