Job Description
Seeking hardworking, eager to learn, enthusiastic graduates for the role of site supervisor in Trivandrum, Kerala. Knowledge of the localities and areas preferred. Must have 2 wheeler license. Preferable if the candidate owns a 2 wheeler. AutoCAD 2D knowledge is a must.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Site Supervision & Coordination:
-
Supervise daily site activities to ensure smooth progress of work.
-
Allocate tasks to laborers and subcontractors based on work plans.
-
Monitor the availability and proper usage of materials, equipment, and tools.
2. Work Planning & Execution:
-
Interpret drawings, plans, and schedules to ensure accurate execution.
-
Track project milestones and inform the management of any delays or issues.
-
Ensure work is carried out as per specifications, design, and quality standards.
3. Labor & Vendor Management:
-
Maintain discipline and attendance of workers at the site.
-
Ensure productivity and resolve issues between laborers or subcontractors.
-
Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery of materials and tools.
4. Quality & Safety Control:
-
Inspect ongoing work to ensure it meets safety, quality, and compliance standards.
-
Enforce safety protocols and conduct toolbox talks if required.
-
Report any accidents, near misses, or violations to the Project Manager immediately.
5. Reporting & Documentation:
-
Maintain daily work progress reports, labor logs, and site records.
-
Track usage of materials and report shortages or wastage.
-
Communicate site updates to the project management team regularly.
