We have urgent vacancies for Site Supervisor (Civil) reputed Real Estate company in Surat.
Designation : Site Supervisor (CIVIL)
Reporting To : Senior Engineer
Reporting From : Contractor, Trainee Engineer & Store Supervisor
Experience Required : Fresher – 3 Year
Salary Range : 11,000 to 20,000 per month
Location : Masma, Olpad road, Surat
Job Timing: 10am to 7pm
Job Description
· Execution of Tasks Instructed by Engineer / Chief Engineer
· Supervision of Quality Work completions (Flooring, Slab, Celling, Plaster, Water Proofing, Color, Furniture, Plumbing etc.)
· Ensure Contractors/Labors Are Using Measurement tools for material mixing for quality result.
· Keep Track of Safety Measures, Ensure All the Safety Standards Are Maintained and Followed By Workers.
· Ask Engineer for Material/Activity Application Details at The Time of Initial of Material/Activity Product Applications.
· Raise Material Requirement as Per Activity Flow to Engineer.
· Ensure Appropriate Utilization of Material to Control Wastage.
· Ensure Cleanliness at Work Space.
· reporting to engineer for work completed and indicate material requirement well in advance
· keep track of safety measures, ensure all the safety standards are maintained and followed by workers
· keep control on material wastage and ensure proper utilization of materials
· Check Quality of Material Prior Applications of It.
