Aircraft Technician (Maint./Aircraft Overhaul/Engine)

Eligibility : 

For all candidates other than Ex-servicemen:- AME Diploma/Certificate in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering (02 Or 03 years) in Mechanical stream from Institutions approved by DGCA under Rule 133B with 60% marks/equivalent grade (55% or equivalent grade for SC/ST/OBC candidates). Candidates from DGCA approved AME Training Institutes who are eligible, as per current list. Diploma in Engineering (3 years) in Mechanical /Aeronautical Engineering or equivalent recognized by Central/State Government with 60% marks/equivalent grade (55% or equivalent grade for SC/ST/OBC candidates).

For Ex-servicemen:- Successful completion of Group 1 and/or II in the relevant trade or equivalent qualification of Diploma in Engineering in Airframe / Engine trades conducted by the Indian Air Force, which are acceptable as a qualification by DGCA for fulfilling the eligibility requirement for BAMEL examination. Or Successful Completion of 4 years course/Diploma in Aircraft Training. or its equivalent trade Training conducted by Indian Navy, which is acceptable as a qualification by DGCA for fulfilling the eligibility requirement for BAMEL examination

Experience : Candidates must have minimum one year aviation experience in aircraft maintenance. or Successful completion of national apprenticeship in the concerned trade in aircraft maintenance. (minimum one year duration) Desirable: candidates with higher experience will be given preference.

Aircraft Technician in Avionics (Electrical/ Instrument/ Radio)

Eligibility : 

For all candidates other than Ex-servicemen:- AME Diploma/Certificate in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering (02 Or 03 years) in Avionics stream from Institutions approved by DGCA under Rule 133B with 60% marks/equivalent grade (55% or equivalent grade for SC/ST/OBC candidates). Skilled Trades Men - Fitter/Sheet Metal Trade

Eligibility :  ITI in concerned trade, recognized by Central/State Government or NCVT in Fitter/Sheet Metal Trade

Experience :  Two years in relevant trade in the Industry (inclusive of experience prior to NCVT) or one year experience in Aviation (inclusive of experience prior to NCVT)

Skilled Trades MenPainter Trade

Eligibility :   ITI in the trade concerned, recognized by Central/State Government or NCVT in Painter trade

Experience :  Two years in the relevant trade in the Industry (inclusive of experience prior to NCVT) or one year experience in Aviation (inclusive of experience prior to NCVT)

Skilled Trades Men Upholstery / Sewing Technology Trade

Eligibility :  ITI in Upholstery /Tailoring / Sewing Technology, recognized by Central/State Government or NCVT in Upholstery / Sewing Technology trade

Experience :  Two years in the relevant trade in the Industry (inclusive of experience prior to NCVT) or one year experience in Aviation (inclusive of experience prior to NCVT)

Skilled Trades Men - X-Ray/NDT Trade

Eligibility :  BSc. (Physics) or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic Engineering or BE (B Tech) in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic Engineering

Experience :  Two years’ experience in NDT field or one year experience in Aviation NDT field.

Skilled Trades Men Welder Trade

Eligibility :  ITI in the trade concerned, recognized by Central/State Government or NCVT in Welder trade

Experience :  Two years in the relevant trade in the Industry (inclusive of experience prior to NCVT) or one year experience in Aviation (inclusive of experience prior to NCVT)

Skilled Trades Men - Machinist Trade

Eligibility :  ITI in concerned trade,( i.e. Machinist) recognized by Central/State Government or NCVT in Machinist trade

Experience : Two years in relevant trade in the Industry (inclusive of experience prior to NCVT) or one year experience in Aviation (inclusive of experience prior to NCVT)

Skilled Trades MenFiberglass/Carpenter

Eligibility :  ITI Fiberglass (Carpentry)/ (Plastic/ Processing) /FRP Techniques recognized by Central/State Government or NCVT in the concerned trade.

Experience :  Two years in the relevant trade in the Industry (inclusive of experience prior to NCVT) or one year experience in Aviation (inclusive of experience prior to NCVT)

Skilled Trades Men - Electroplating Trade

Eligibility :  B.Sc. with Physics, Chemistry and Maths (preference will be given to B.Sc. Hons. in Chemistry). Or ITI/NCVT in the trade concerned

Experience :  Two years in the relevant trade in the Industry (inclusive of experience prior to NCVT) or one year experience in Aviation (inclusive of experience prior to NCVT)

Draughtsman

Eligibility :  ITI (Mechanical Draughtsman)

Experience :  Two years in the relevant trade in the Industry (inclusive of experience prior to NCVT) or one year experience in Aviation (inclusive of experience prior to NCVT)

Skilled Trades-Plant Electrical

Eligibility :  Diploma in Engineering (3 years) in Electrical / Electronic recognized by Central /State Govt. Or Matric/SSC/SSLC passed (preferably with Physics, Chemistry and Maths) with successful completion of National Apprenticeship certificate in Electrical / Auto Electrician (preferably in an Airline Industry/MRO). Or Matric/SSC/SSLC passed (preferably with Physics, Chemistry and Maths) with ITI Certificate in Electrical/Auto Electrician. Or Matric/SSC/SSLC passed and successful completion of Group I and/or II in the relevant trade in the Industry, conducted by India Air Force. Or Successful completion of Apprentice course under the apprentice Act 1961 in Airlines in the trade Electrical (Non Aircraft Designated trade). Candidates must have passed final trade test conducted by DGET & also must have passed SSC/SSLC/Matriculation.

Experience :  Two years in the relevant trade in the Industry Or one year experience in the relevant trade in the Aviation Industry

Skilled Trades-Plant Mechanical

Eligibility :  Matric/SSC/SSLC passed (preferably with Physics, Chemistry and Maths) with successful completion of National Apprenticeship certificate in Mill-Wright Mechanics (Maint) Mechanics Motor Vehicle/Diesel/Tractor, (preferably in an Airline Industry/MRO). Or Matric/SSC/SSLC passed (preferably with Physics, Chemistry and Maths) with ITI Certificate in MillWright Mechanics (Maint) Mechanics (Motor Vehicle/Diesel/Tractor). Or Matric/SSC/SSLC passed and successful completion of Group I and/or II in the relevant trade in the Industry, including Motor Transport Maintenance conducted by India Air Force. *Note: candidates applied for Plant Mech. and having LMV will be given preference.

Experience :  Two years in the relevant trade in the Industry Or one year experience in the relevant trade in the Aviation Industry

Emoluments :  Rs.20,000/- per month at the time of joining as per the approved salary structure of AIESL.

Maximum Age Limit (As on 01.08.2019) :  General/EWS-35 Yrs., OBC-38 Yrs. and SC/ST-40 Yrs. Age relaxation to Ex-SM will be permitted as per Govt. directives in this regard.

Application Fee :   Non-refundable application fee of Rs. 1000/- (Rupees One Thousand for Gen,EWS & OBC candidates) and Rs. 500/- (Rupees Five Hundred Only) for SC/ST/Ex-Servicemen candidates, by means of A/C Payee Demand Draft in favour of “Air India Engineering Services limited” payable at respective place of walk-in (i.e. Delhi /Mumbai/ Kolkata/Hyderabad)

Selection Procedure :  Selection will be through the process of Skill Test/Trade Test and Technical Assessment.
