Good understanding of Microsoft UC Voice and Call Management enabled solutions and Microsoft
messaging architecture.
Working Experience on various versions of Microsoft Office Communications Server.
Basic Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, Networking, SQL and IIS concepts.
Experience in troubleshooting issues both at the client and server side.
Constantly upgrading oneself on latest trends and changes in technology.
Exposure in working in production environment where Microsoft Unified Communications Solutions are
adapted to troubleshoot customers issues.
